Pomodoraemon Privacy Policy

Overview
Pomodoraemon is an offline Pomodoro timer. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, browsing history, website content, or analytics.
Information stored locally
The extension uses Chrome’s local extension storage to remember timer settings and operational state, including the focus duration and remaining time. This information stays on the user’s device and is not transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Permissions
- Alarms: keeps an active timer scheduled after the popup closes.
- Notifications: alerts the user when a focus session ends.
- Offscreen: plays the bundled completion sound from a hidden extension page after the popup closes.
- Storage: saves timer settings and current timer state locally.
Third parties and remote services
Pomodoraemon contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, accounts, external network requests, or remotely hosted code. Local data is not provided to third parties.
Retention and deletion
Local timer data remains in Chrome’s extension storage until the user clears the extension’s data or uninstalls Pomodoraemon.
Limited Use
Pomodoraemon’s use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
